Trekkers' Walking Club
Walk for Fun Fitness and Friendship
Year Round Event Locations (YRE's)
The Trekkers club has 14 YRE's in the greater Edmonton area.   In addition there are approximately another 10 YRE's in the region co-ordinated by other clubs. This makes a compelling reason for out of town walkers to visit Edmonton for a few weeks and experience some terrific walking. For the cyclists St Albert hosts the only cycle YRE in the Province - review YRE #032 for details on the cycle YRE.

Directions to the walk start point, ratings, route directions, contact people and other information relating to these events can be found below and in the annual calendar. Many YRE's have multiple routes so if printing them off be careful to select the right route.

The club is very proud of their 14 YRE walks and would love to add more each year.  If you have an idea for a new route contact us and hopefully we can make it happen.
